Smartports are mostly installed at no cost to you as a landowner. You are only responsible for a small initial task, which is based on the size and location of the project. We are responsible for the rest – from planning to operation and maintenance.

We only target business customers who own their own land. It can be property owners, commercial areas, hotels, offices, sports facilities or other commercial activities.

You offer charging to your visitors, improve your energy rating, increase the attractiveness of the location and contribute to the global sustainability goals. In addition, you get a solution that provides shade, protection and an aesthetic upgrade of your parking environment.

An installation usually takes about 3 weeks depending on the scope of the project and the conditions of the site. All projecting and planning is handled by our team.

We are responsible for the entire process. In more or less all cases, a building permit is required, and we are responsible for all documentation and dialogue with the municipality.

We use the market's most reliable chargers. Each Smartport has the option of a charging point that sits 1.5 meters above the ground with smart control.

Each parking area with Pac produces approximately 3,200 kWh per year, depending on solar radiation and location. This corresponds to approximately 18,500 kilometers of driving with an electric car per seat, i.e. more than a full year's normal commuting for most people.
